Con Edison Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program EME Group is an approved Market Partner in Con Edison’s Commercial and Industrial program. Con Edison provides cash rebates for equipment upgrades, custom incentives and 50% co-funding for energy efficiency audits. The program facilitates the completion of energy efficiency projects for commercial, industrial and multi-family customers. Pre-approved projects are eligible for a payment of up to 50% of the costs, with a cap of $67,000 for a combined electric and gas technical study (cap of $50,000 for electric or gas study).
