Our Services Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Design EME Group provides the full spectrum of MEP design services with nearly $500-million dollars in direct construction value over our tenure. EME works directly with clients and architects providing cost-effective design of systems for complete rehabilitation, modifications to existing buildings, fit-out and new construction projects. Facilities that we have provided design services to include: EME brings to our design work extensive knowledge in local, national building codes, building department filing, energy standards and regulations. EME staff has hands-on knowledge of system maintenance that provides us with the necessary knowledge to design systems that are energy efficient and maintainable. EME staff has decades of experience in HVAC operations and troubleshooting including building management systems (BMS), lighting controls with extensive field experience. EME has developed construction documents and provided construction administrative services for the following types of projects: Our design and construction experience has provided us with a working knowledge of construction costs. EME has experience in construction administration and we have assisted our clients in the selection of contractors, performed final punch list inspections and managed contractor payment schedules. EME has worked closely with equipment vendors to ensure that training is relevant and provided in a format that is useful to the attendees. We have also provided specialized training directly to clients on systems including EMS, chillers, boilers and HVAC systems. |
